Porn Addiction Testimony (contains science)

When a parent grants permission for their child to start surfing the Internet with out any monitoring or for the child/early teen to own their own device and connect to the virtual world it is an equivalent to giving that child/early teen a bag of crystal meth and a crack pipe and asking him/her not to use it. I've been addicted to almost every substance under the sun, I'm 39 years old and the hardest battle I've ever had to fight was not crystal meth it was pornography.
Drugs like crystal meth and coke release chemicals on demand such as dopamine, norepinephrine and serotonin that allow the user to experience short term relief from a build up of stress hormones like cortisol. Every hit of meth builds a layer of tolerance on top of the last hit. Crystal is an extremely expensive habit and within months most of the people around know your digging a giant tunnel underneath yourself.
If you all want to really impact this drift we are on with this insidious infection that is running rampant you really need to confront the brutal reality of this infection.
I will tell you from a first hand addict that porn is the worst of them all and here is the base facts that no one seems to be posting about to spread awareness.
Porn releases the same neurotransmitters as meth and coke but it also release a chemical that really traps people into this disease and that's oxytocin. Oxytocin is released to create a strong association with certain behaviour and events. To see the importance and the clout this chemical has please research for yourself what happens when a woman gives birth and the release of oxytocin is not released and the new mother makes contact with her new born with out this chemical. Once a new porn users brain releases oxytocin after making yourself orgasm from porn the association created can become more appealing then bonding with fellow humans, the drug dealers peddling porn are open for business 24/7 365 days a year, and it's provided free of charge and it's an all you can eat buffet with access when ever and almost where ever you want. Once the new porn users brain begins to crave the release of these chemicals the brain chemistry will begin to become sensitized to certain imagery and scenes in public that remind them of a porn scene or of a actress or actor in the porn they choose to watch, once this stimuli has been sensitized it's as powerful as a crack addict craving his/her next hit, the only difference is the ease in which a porn user can access their next hit as opposed to a meth/crack user can.
Porn teaches young people how to hide taking hits from there parents, every time the young new user starts watching porn he/she learns how to find a safe space to carry out the hit, they learn how to pursue their next hit and they also learn real quick how to ignore self respect and decency in exchange for what they perceive at the time to be harmless fun.
The child/early teen will then begin to develop a reliance on porn in a similar fashion a meth addict relies on meth. Once the new user begins to watch porn regularly they will start to absorb thousands of mental images within a very short period of time. These mental images are not easily erased if ever.

I can still remember the first picture of a naked lady that I tore from a friends dads old magazine when I was approx. 12 or 13. I remember the color of her hair, the way she was positioning her self and what part I used to look at the most, I still remember the first VHS tape I owned when I was approx. 15 and the section with an Asian lady that I would crave to watch over and over, as my addiction grew so did the mental entrapment through the release of specific chemicals but most importantly through the release of oxytocin thus creating the association to bonding through pornography.
A NLP practitioner or psychotherapist would have far more luck wiping the memories of crack cocaine use then wiping the built up memories and demons that porn leaves behind in the brain. The desire to look at woman in a derogatory way almost becomes impossible and it's considered normal and manly to look at woman in a sexual manner, once the new user begins to use the outside world to create the stimuli and then use porn for the release you have now got yourself a son/daughter that is becoming reliant to the most destructive insidious drug on the face of this planet. Marijuana is most definitely not the gateway drug, it's porn, and it doesn't just show you the gate it takes you all the way into self hate, shame and animalistic behaviour.
There is nothing human about locking your door, finding some sort of lubricant dropping your trousers and stimulating yourself while you view young men and woman be used by rich producers of this filth, the woman are generally tricked into porn with promises they will get acting careers (which is why the majority of porn studios are scattered on the out skirts of Hollywood) the actors are almost always on drugs or drinking alcohol and the woman often use painkillers in order to numb the pain.the user is self stimulating them self to pretty much an act of conceptual rape. This behaviour is equivalent to a dog on heat.
If parents knew that their 12 year old son had a pound of crystal meth under his bed they would shut his entire world down within a heart beat. That lock on the bedroom, lack of education and lax attitude towards web browsers and accessibility to pornography whether soft or hard is worse then a pound of meth crack and heroin under the bed. At least with the drugs the deterioration and users appearance can raise the alarm fairly quick into their addiction, with porn it is often far to late to do anything once the problem is detected, and it's such a personal, awkward, embarrassing, confronting issue most parents would rather just accept it as a natural part of growing up.

LET ME BE CLEAR PLEASE:
The most important person to be educated on the real nature of porn is the child's mother, a great deal of men have grown up with porn in their life and still often engage in watching, an association between the child and the mother needs to be created in a way where when ever the user watches or considers watching porn he will think of his mother, most kids love their mum with all their hearts. At 39 I will still instantly cry if I see my mum cry, the women get this through and through, some of us men are waking up but it's a drop in the ocean period.
You really need a game plan and a way you can get the mothers actively involved but most importantly AWARE of the real dangers their child is in. The men that are awake and aware also need to do what they can especially to start discussing this well camouflaged infection that will only end in deprivation of life.
I will say it one more time for clarification, as a recovering addict of many substances, there is nothing as easy for me to relapse on than porn, a relapse on porn can and has most definitely triggered a follow through relapse on hard core narcotics.
Concise accurate information needs to be compiled in a way that common people can comprehend followed by a campaign starting with every parents/mothers clubs of local schools then the greater community, once a system is created in a way that the information can be transferred consensual recordings of the meetings and engagements need to be recorded and transferred to new parent clubs keen to keep their children and communities away from this infection of the mind.
There are a million strategies that can be employed, but the most important thing at this point of time is for the cycle to be disrupted then eventually broken, the educating of the males that use this type of method to disassociate and release specific chemicals is extremely important but the children walking into this infection with out any protection or guidance is the equivalent of passing around infected syringes disguised as toys amongst the kids in the school yard. I think most people, including many anti-porn activists themselves, are not fully aware of the destructive nature of this disease.
I was so deep down the pit of addiction I had no other way out but to research and understand exactly what was going on with my brain, my addiction to porn/narcotics/sex and marijuana had me literally on death row, and I am very clear the first and last drug I was addicted to was porn.
Confront the brutal reality of this epidemic or don't waste your time trimming the hedges. —Ahmed Shakelli (Men Against Pornography/Prostitution/Patriarchy).
